What data we ask for, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.

Centro Óptico Visionmar processes the personal data of whoever requests an appointment through this site. This page explains which data, what for, and what you can ask for at any time.

Who is responsible for your data

  • Controller: OPTOBENIDORM, S.L. (Centro Óptico Visionmar), tax id B75685099
  • Address: Calle Sarset, 7 - B, 03530 La Nucía (Alicante), Spain.
  • Email: info@visionmar.com

What data we process

  • Appointment request: name, email, phone, the centre and the reason for the visit, the day and part of the day you prefer and anything you tell us in the comments. The reason for the visit is the only health-related information we ask for: there is no need to write clinical details in the comments; we see them at the appointment.
  • Your visit to the site: only if you accept the measurement cookies, usage statistics that do not identify you by name.

What we use it for, and on what basis

  • Managing the appointment you ask for and calling you to confirm it: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
  • Meeting legal obligations in accounting and tax.
  • Knowing how this site is used: your consent in the cookie notice, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires or liabilities may be claimed. If you would like an appointment request that came to nothing deleted sooner, say so and it will be.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for commercial purposes. Only the providers this cannot work without —website hosting and email—, who act on the business’s behalf, and public authorities when a law requires it. If you accept the measurement cookies, Google Ireland Limited for the statistics.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing and take it elsewhere (portability). Write to info@visionmar.com saying which right you want to exercise. If you think we have not done it properly you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Changes

If what the business does with data changes, this page changes. The version that applies is the one published here.
