How long does an exam take and how do I manage my appointment?
A thorough eye exam usually takes between 30 and 45 minutes to guarantee maximum diagnostic precision. When you send us your request we call you to confirm the time; if you then need to change or cancel it, call us or reply to the email we sent you.
Do I need to bring anything on the day of the appointment?
Just bring your current glasses or contact lenses and, if you have them, previous optical reports. If it's your first visit, arrive five minutes earlier to fill in a brief clinical form.
Do you attend children and in several languages?
Yes. Our team is specialized in pediatric optometry and we offer care in Spanish, Valencian and English at both centers in Benidorm.
